Our Mission

Working for our community

The Drummond Cove Progress Association (DCPA) is a community-led organisation dedicated to improving the liveability, amenity, and cohesion of Drummond Cove — a growing coastal suburb north of Geraldton, Western Australia.

We work collaboratively with the City of Greater Geraldton (CofGG) under a Corporate Partnership Agreement to activate the foreshore reserve, progress our community Master Plan, and advocate for infrastructure and services that reflect the needs of our residents.

What We Do

Our focus areas

Foreshore Activation

Progressing the foreshore Master Plan and working with the CofGG to activate the reserve for community use through staged development.

Coastal Protection

Engaging with State and Local Government to ensure coastal protection funding is allocated in line with our long-term Design Guidelines.

Community Events

Running regular social events including our Sunday Sundowner series to connect residents and build a stronger community.

Arts & Beautification

Supporting community art projects including commissioned murals and the Geraldton Tree Canopy project to beautify our neighbourhood.
